How to Build Your 1st AVON Order
So now you have your first goal and you can start earning your free watch. That is to sell a minimum of $100 in your first campaign. Let’s break that down into smaller goals!
Realistically focus on 14 selling days for a campaign (this will vary depending on when you join). If you sell $10 a day, you will easily make your goal but you will need to talk to at least 10 people. If you contact those individuals and follow-up with them before you submit your first order, you will probably get at least 4 customer orders or more. Offer an incentive to your potential customers to purchase a minimum of $25. There are many ways to keep your customers coming back every campaign such as a percentage off their next order or a free product with purchase. You can make beautiful gift bags with the new brochures, a sample of a lipstick bullet or fragrance and a hand cream. Who doesn’t need a purse-size hand cream? You will also want to include a business card or you can make a postcard with another incentive if they order again in the next campaign. Enjoy your business and treat your customers like royalty.
If you only have online customers, you can do special things for them too. Check the AVON website for coupon codes which you can send to your customers using the automated email program.
Lastly, you will want to partner with your mentor so you don’t miss out on any of AVON’s free gifts and special offers for new Representatives. Sales Leaders can pave the way for you and you should take advantage of their expertise.
